Brittany believes that she is blessed to have Natalie as her life partner who incessantly gave her butterflies for the last four and half years. It was back on June 6, 2019.

In an interview with Melissa Hobson, Brittany said that Natalie is her backbone who always stayed there for Chef. Natalie urges her to practice for a while before going to Chopped.
As Natalie dropped off Britt at the airport the last thing she said to her that not to come back home if Rescigno didn’t win the trophy, which literally meant that she wasn’t cracking any jokes.
When Britt had no idea what to do ahead in her life, Buelow came to her and said that she won’t be able to do what she need to do had she been working for someone else. Because she is not who she is, which is not what Rescigno stands for as a chef. So if she wants to be who she wants to be as a Chef, then she needs to do it.
Rescigno said that millions of people can get what they really want out of serving someone else, but that’s not the case for her. As she always wished to do her own thing, albeit sometimes have lingering fear due to diffidence.
She was apprehensive of failure though she has been successful till the time. Despite of being fired, she takes it lightly as she believes that failing your family is a huge pressure on your shoulders.
Buelow said that she would never allow Rescigno to fail as long as they were together and have great interaction and faith, Britt could never fail. They balance each other as a team when one had a bad day and the other had a good day. Natalie said that she chose this life when she get married but Britt said that this life chose her.
As per Unicort, Natalie filed a marriage dissolution/divorce lawsuit against Brittany on 02/24/2020. The case was filed in Santa Clara County Superior Courts, Family Courthouse located in Santa Clara, California.
Even though there is no official news regarding divorce as the case is still pending, Natalie seems to move on with her life as she already got engaged to Hr Ruiz on 13th October 2022.

Brittany Rescigno along with her family grew up near Atlantic City in New Jersey. At an early age, she often woke up in a house seems like desolate and she also knew that all were at her family restaurant.
This is how she grew up thinking that it’s totally normal to be like that in such a culture, which she realized later on that there aren’t most people who grew up like her.
Whenever Britt Rescigno went to her family, they are always held up in cooking.

Brittany is an heir of the Allen’s Clam Bar at New Gretna. She went back to Jersey after winning the Food Network’s show Chopped in California.
Allen’s Clam Bar is still run by her father who is also a culinary artist. Being a gourmet chef is her hereditary feature.
Britt enjoyed spending quality time with her mother.
In last week of February 2022, she stayed with her mother for five days in Corpus Christi, Texas. Even though the time was not enough for her, it was absolutely amazing moment.
Both of them indulge in delicious cuisines and drink while having a long conversation. Brit always prefers this kind of leisure time and she is very intimate with her mother as well.
Britt Rescigno Grandparents
Britt scrambled her first-ever egg when she was just around four years old. She spent her early life in the house next door to her grandparent’s restaurant and learned every bit of culinary skills when she was there.
Britt is very close with her immediate relatives. She shared a picture together with her grandmother after she left the world on 16th January 2021, saying that she will be missing and loving her grandmother, Callie for eternity.
A friend of hers said to her that no one ever truly departed away, as long as they are remembered.
The credit of Britt being a chef goes to her grandmother, who saw the potential and passion hidden deep inside her. Britt’s grandmom like to take pictures while working with her students and call it the Ratatouille moment.

Our culinary expert Brittany Rescigno is now the new chef at the Delaware Avenue Oyster House in Beach Haven Trace. Brittany got her Associate’s degree in Culinary from The Culinary Institute.
Moreover, she is an alumnus of The Culinary Institute of America ‘09. She got her Certified Beer Server license in August 2017.
Restaurants where she worked
Brittany worked as a cook at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club from July to November 2008 in Chatham, Massachusetts. Then she joined Golden Corral Corporation in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey as a manager in December 2010 and stayed there till July 2012.
Brittany started working as an executive chef at Breezes Dock Bar & Grill in New Gretna, NJ from July 2012 to August 2015. Besides, she was also a Sous Chef at Scratch in Mountain View, California from September 2015 to June 2016.
She said that her job is to ensure that every client comes into her restaurant with the feeling of being home when she was a general manager at Nom Burger in Sunnyvale, California between September 2015 to August 2018. Providing excellent customer service, incredible food, and amazing craft beer is his motto.
During that time, she was also a general manager at Tap’t Beer and Kitchen in Sunnyvale. 24 craft beer taps, with gastro pub fare, she curates entire food and beer menus. With all of their taps constantly rotating, it keeps her busy staying with the trends of the industry.
In Silicon Valley, she stayed as a Chef and Owner of Nox underground till February 2019.
According to her, The life of a chef is never easy. As there is no family time, no holidays. You are either completely immersed or you’re just not going to be able to do everything that you want to in life.
Rescigno is not very adept at talking, however, if someone wants to talk about food, she can go on and on. Food to her is all about emotion, and she puts nothing but emotion into all of her cuisines. Which gives her satisfaction.
During her time with Chopped, she had witnessed people being mercurial in off-camera. She had to face trouble with her candid personality. To be a culinary artist who is in limelight is not as valuable to her as other might think.
Britt is a gourmet chef which comes first to her. She is also a normal human being, who made it on this national level.
After getting the trophy of Chopped, she wants to thrive more and be a better chef due to the fact that she went on national TV.
She didn’t want to be the person who just doesn’t do it anymore when people from different communities, ethnicity and ages watched her and looked up to her by saying, that girl did it.
